CazCraft's Refund Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return to us in its original condition within 7 days of the purchase. It must be accompanied with your original receipt AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. You can either swap the goods for another item or be issued a store credit. Custom manufactured items, sale price goods, all ink pads, pens and other craft supply sold in an un-sealed package cannot be returned unless subject to manufacturing fault. This policy does not attempt to override obligations under the Consumers Act.
